Once your order is processed, most
products are manufactured in 3-7 working days. You should usually expect to
receive your merchandise two to three weeks after the order date, however, there is no way to predict exactly when your order will arrive. Many contributing factors include: your distance from the
manufacturing facility, back orders on materials and, oversize products that may need to be shipped by common carrier
which often take longer than standard UPS.
Different types and brands of window treatments may be made in different facilities. Each type
and brand of product is shipped separately, and therefore, you may receive them at different times.
