In April of 1993, The Blind Factory started with just two employees, and much smaller goals and aspirations.  We started with little experience, little help, and very limited resources.  In our first year, we sold fewer blinds than we now sell in a week.  What we did have was a love to serve, a vision for the future, a passion for what we do, the willingness to work very hard, and an unwavering drive to succeed.  We knew that every customer counts.  We acted accordingly.  We realized that everything must be done with a sense of urgency and based on results, not effort.  We worked hard to source the very best products, maintain quality throughout, pay close attention to detail, and surround ourselves with the best people.  Integrity was unquestioned.

Throughout the years, we have opened retail stores, hired more staff, and built a manufacturing facility.  Each year we have added on new products and projects and have always kept one eye on today, while keeping the other on the future.

Now, in our fifteenth year, we are blessed to be able to offer a place were many more can earn a living to support their families, sell thousands of blinds, shades, and shutters, and help support the exciting industry of home decor.  Regardless of our growth, we know that great service to you, and people like you, is what brought us here, and will keep us here for many years to come.  As the President and C.E.O. of The Blind Factory, one of America's largest internet retailers and manufacturers of quality, custom, blinds, shades, and shutters, let me extend a greeting on behalf of our entire staff and invite you to let us serve you.
