Blinds, shades & shutters ordered beyond our
recommended size limitations are returnable for shipping damage and/or
initial defects only. Returns will not be accepted without prior
authorization and must be shipped to TheBlindFactory.com in original
packaging and condition and within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping
charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
When
shopping other online stores or local retailers, be careful of dealers that
say "all sales are final". These retailers have little reason to
sell the quality products that you

Specification Changes / Product Updates
Since all products
are custom made to the highest standards possible, product changes and
updates occur often. Additionally, issues involving materials and
vendor supply make changes occur beyond our control. Because of this
reason, we highly recommend ordering all blinds, shades, and shutters which
require a reasonable match at the same time. Even when ordering at one
time, variations from blind to blind, especially, when ordering
different colors and / or different sizes, may occur. Natural wood, fabric, metal, and PVC products will vary in color over time.
All products have dye lot variations although we work hard to control product
quality and minimize differences. To minimize color differences, along
with other product differences, please order products at the same time, within
the same order. Stains / paints / materials may
appear lighter and colors may not be accurate and textures may not be properly
visualized as a result of Internet & computer inaccuracies. When you
accept & place an order, you are accepting the limitations inherent
in not using other visual aids, like catalog or other swatches – which you
can obtain by contacting us before you order. Your completion of an order constitutes your waver of any claim you may have
due to dissatisfaction with the product colors, textures, stains & grains. Note that although every attempt is made to most closely match colors of the same product on the same order, we in no way
guarantee any type of match from order to order.
Because your product is custom made, it cannot be cancelled or returned once
it is in production.
Shipping Estimates
Estimated shipping dates are dependant on availability of materials and are subject to change without notice. Dates given are for the date items are estimated to ship and not the date items are estimated to arrive at your
destination. We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible in the
case of a backorder / delay although backorder information is not always available.
Product Returns
All items are custom made and / or shipped to your specifications
Warranted items with defects in either materials or workmanship and are available to be repaired or exchanged at the
discretion of the manufacturer only. Warranty exchanges or repairs must be shipped with a
Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) which must be attained before items are shipped to the manufacturer. Items will not be
accepted by any manufacturer without an RGA number. RGA may be attained by
e-mailing us.
Color Disclaimer
Due to many factors, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the
website will exactly match the color of the blind. There are many
variables which can change the color you see as you view our site.
Computer monitors display up to millions of colors and the human eye
can only decipher a very small fraction of those colors. And within
that small fraction, we all see them differently. In addition,
people's monitor settings may influence how colors are displayed. Computer
monitors have inherent limitations, and electronically reproducing
color on the Internet is imprecise. Therefore, we cannot assure you
that what you see accurately portrays the color. We have gone to
great lengths to portray colors as accurately as possible. If you
would like to see actual colors, please request swatches from our Web site from

Order Changes
All products are custom made to your specifications and therefore can not
be changed once products are cut. Please be sure of your specifications before
ordering. If a date entry error has been made, or your specifications
change, e-mail us. All attempts will be made to make your requested changes
although production begins on most items as soon as you place your order.
Product Pricing and Specials
The Blind Factory works hard to give you the very best price
every day. From time to time, we are given special pricing and discounts
from our suppliers for many different reasons. Most discounts and specials
are good for a limited time only and apply to orders at a specific order time.
Orders placed before, and orders placed after, published specials listed on this
website, are not eligible for credit or exchange due to changes in pricing.
Product Damages / Lost Products
You should inspect the product as soon as it arrives and note in
writing any signs of damaged or missing items with the freight company at time
of delivery. If there is a need to file a claim, save all of your boxes and
packaging as the freight company will need these for an inspection. We must be
notified immediately of any damaged / missing items and the tracking number
associated with the related boxes). We will have the shipping company contact
you to set up a time for product inspection. The Blind Factory can not be responsible in
any way for missing or damaged items due to fault from a shipping company.
Damage / missing items will be replaced once the claim is accepted in full by
the shipping company and never before. Lost / missing boxes are subject to
a search period before a shipping will admit loss. This period is usually
one to eight days but can be longer. For UPS

The Blind Factory may or be able to replace missing / damaged items with an
exact match in cases involving unavailable materials.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
Blinds built within standard specifications, by The Blind
Factory are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for
as long as the original owner, listed on the receipt, owns the product.
Shipping, packaging, and handling charges to our facility are the responsibility
of the customer. All warranty work must be pre-authorized by The Blind Factory
prior to shipping. Additionally, this warranty does not cover any conditions
resulting from abuse, accidents, alterations, misuse, normal wear and tear,
color change the occurs with the passage of time, water, salt, chemicals, or
