Please note all of our products are made to order and therefore, our measuring, installation, and color disclaimer must be adhered to.  Color swatches of the product must be obtained prior to ordering to be eligible for our exclusive 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Blinds, shades & shutters ordered beyond our recommended size limitations are returnable for shipping damage and/or initial defects only. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be shipped to TheBlindFactory.com in original packaging and condition and within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
